Rich Kovacs has been around the lumber business his entire life.  Rich’s father, Rich Kovacs Sr., has been in the business for close to  40 years. Rich Senior and Junior would go to work together on Saturdays and Junior’s days off from school, when he would help with inventory, stocking shelves and bays, and even go on rides with the company truck drivers.
